Senior Endur Consultant - London City/Remote - Energy & Commodities

We are looking for a Senior Endur Consultant to join our growing ETRM team and lead the successful delivery of Openlink Endur engagements. You'll work closely with front, middle, and Back Office stakeholders to drive business value, improve platform capability, and lead project workstreams-from discovery through to post-go-live support.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments and has strong product knowledge, consulting acumen, and the confidence to shape complex ETRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery workstreams on Endur implementation and upgrade projects, including functional design, configuration, testing, and integration

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders

• Translate complex trading workflows into user stories and system deliverables aligned with Endur's capabilities

• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users-ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment at every stage

• Provide subject matter expertise across Front Office deal capture, risk, scheduling, settlements, and accounting

• Support solution architecture, data integration, reporting design, and platform optimization

• Collaborate on client proposals, pre-sales activities, and internal knowledge development initiatives

• Stay current on industry trends and Endur product roadmap to advise clients on best practice and innovation opportunities

Your Profile Core Experience:

• Several years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, including implementation, upgrade, and customization projects

• Deep understanding of Endur's architecture, data model, and configuration framework

• Strong expertise in one or more key Endur modules: Connex, Report Builder, Deal Modelling, APM, cMotion, Settlements & Accounting

• Experience with Endur's latest versions and ability to write basic SQL queries

• Familiarity with Endur simulation results, trade life cycle workflows, and reporting frameworks

Consulting Capabilities:

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across distributed teams

• Proven ability to lead client-facing delivery workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business drivers into actionable technology roadmaps

Desirable Experience:

• Experience across multiple commodities desirable

• Power Trading experience a big advantage

• Exposure to other ETRM/CTRM tools such as RightAngle or Allegro

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), analytics tools, or broader digital transformation programs
