Senior Employment Tax Lead - Hybrid (London)

Senior Tax Manager An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Employment Tax Manager to join a leading professional services firm in London.

You'll advise high-profile clients on complex employment tax issues, lead a specialist team, and drive the continued growth of this thriving practice.

The Role Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing a wide range of employment tax compliance and advisory projects
• Providing technical advice on IR35, PAYE, benefits-in-kind, and reward strategy
• Managing HMRC relationships and ensuring clients meet all regulatory obligations
• Leading projects on remuneration planning, share incentives, and global mobility
• Developing junior team members and contributing to internal training
• Supporting Partners with new business initiatives and strategic planning

About You

You will:

• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified with extensive employment tax experience
• Experienced in advising corporate clients and senior executives
• Strong communicator, capable of building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Leadership experience, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Analytical, commercially focused, and adaptable to complex client needs
• Passionate about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
