eNL Legal seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their practice in London. You will manage a varied caseload covering disciplinary matters, unfair dismissal claims, and Employment Tribunal litigation.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE and experience in both employer and employee advisement. The role includes high autonomy and significant growth potential within a flexible, boutique environment.

The role offers a salary range of £75,000-£80,000 plus bonus and invites applications from all qualified individuals.
