Senior Employee Relations Partner - UK & Ireland (Hybrid)

Swiss Re is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Partner to join the UK & Ireland People Function. You will advise on complex ER matters, support organisational change, and ensure employment law compliance across a regulated environment.

You will partner with the Head of People, UK & Ireland and HR People Partners to deliver fair outcomes, maintain HR policies, and support RSCA reviews. The role requires strong stakeholder skills and a practical, people-first approach.
