Senior Employee Relations Leader (UK) - Hybrid

Ibstock Plc is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Policy Manager to lead the operational delivery of the ER service across our UK locations. Reporting to the Head of Employee Services, you will provide commercially focused, legally compliant advice that enables managers to make confident people decisions while supporting a positive colleague experience.

This role combines complex case work, policy leadership, management coaching and data-driven improvement.
