Senior Employee Relations Lead - Coaching & Compliance

Merlin Entertainments is seeking an Employee Relations Lead at The People Hub, Basingstoke. This hybrid role entails three days in the office and two days from home, supporting the UK ER team with complex cases and ongoing advisory support.

You will lead cases end-to-end, balance business needs with fair employee outcomes, and ensure compliance with legislation. You'll also coach leaders, develop tools, and drive policy improvements to strengthen governance.
