Senior Employee Relations Advisor - ER/IR Lead Nationwide

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Services Industry experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Department, supporting circa 3000 employees nationwide for OCS. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide support and guidance on all aspects of HR, ensuring legal compliance with employment law and company policies.

You will own an ER caseload, provide expert guidance to line managers, and support performance, absence, disciplinary, and redundancy processes while collaborating with our
