Location: Pontypridd. Salary: £34,610 per year (appointed at the minimum of the scale). Job Reference: R6191. Category: Professional Services.

Join our team and shape a positive workplace culture. We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Adviser passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive, and resolution-focused work environment. In this role you will coordinate and manage employee relations casework across a full spectrum of matters, often complex, providing expert guidance and advice.

Responsibilities

This role plays a crucial part in shaping and implementing proactive employee relations action plans, with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices. Your work will directly contribute to fostering an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and early resolution of workplace concerns, providing expert guidance to People Advisers and People Business Partners within our team as well as to wider stakeholders, senior leads and managers across the University.
