Senior Ecologist: Hybrid Role, Lead Projects & Mentor Team

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Ecologist to lead ecological surveys and manage projects from inception through to completion in Cheltenham. You will produce technical reports including PEAs, EcIAs and protected species reports, and provide ecological advice to clients and project teams.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to Biodiversity Net Gain delivery, and help drive the growth of the ecology team with a high technical standard and collaborative approach.
