We are currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support an ongoing HR technology programme.

The role requires a strong functional SuccessFactors professional with deep experience across Employee Central and a broader understanding of the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders and wider project teams to support the design, configuration and ongoing development of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Support the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions aligned to business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to understand HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors functional and technical teams.

• Provide guidance around the interaction between Employee Central and the wider SuccessFactors landscape.

• Support workshops, documentation and knowledge transfer where required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.

• Strong functional expertise in Employee Central.

• Good understanding of the wider SuccessFactors platform and its functional landscape.

• Experience working on SuccessFactors implementations, transformations or major change programmes.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and their relationship with SuccessFactors.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent Czech language skills are essential.

• English proficiency suitable for an international project environment.

• Willingness to attend occasional onsite meetings in the Czech Republic.
