Senior Early Years Educator & Practice Leader

Cherubs Nurseries in the East Midlands is seeking a Level 5 Early Years Educator to lead practice with expert knowledge of child development and inclusion. This non-management role focuses on coaching and guiding colleagues to embed the Cherubs curriculum and strong language development throughout the day.

You will work alongside senior leaders to raise standards, support continuous improvement and ensure every child is happy, safe and thriving within a high-quality setting.
