Our client is within the public sector and is looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team in Leeds. This is a hybrid role and you can work in the office once a month.

About the Role

• Lead the D365 transition from agency to in house
• Take the lead on D365

Job Description

• Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 within the organisation.
• Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and improve efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for D365 configurations and customisations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and updates.
• Train and mentor team members on D365 functionalities and usage.
• Stay updated on new features and advancements in Dynamics 365 technology.

The Successful Applicant

Must haves:

• Dynamics 365
• Integrations experience, ideally with Azure

Nice to haves:

• Worked with 3rd parties
• Helped to bring from agency to in house in the past
