Are you a Chartered / nr Chartered Drainage Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a thriving multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bristol, is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to join their growing and dynamic team.

This forward-thinking practice has been involved in some of the UK's most prestigious national projects, spanning industrial, commercial, and residential developments. With continued success in winning new and exciting work, they are now looking to strengthen their infrastructure team with a talented individual who can lead and deliver high-quality drainage and highways design.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver the design of roads and drainage schemes across a variety of sectors.
• Attend client meetings and effectively communicate technical ideas and project updates.
• Liaise with Local Authorities and other key stakeholders, ensuring all designs comply with current regulations and adoption standards.
• Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior engineers within the team.

About You:

• Chartered / near Chartered Engineer.
• Proven experience in highways and drainage design for development infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of current design standards, regulations, and adoption procedures (including Section 104, 106, 38 and 278 agreements).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider project team.
