Senior Director, Social Commerce & TikTok Shop Growth

Pattern is seeking an Associate Director of Social Commerce in London to lead a high-performing TikTok Shop Accounts team within Pattern Creators. You will shape marketplace strategies, mentor Account Managers, and drive GMV growth for flagship brand partners.

In this role you'll own cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketplace teams, stay ahead of platform trends, and report executive-level performance reviews. Hybrid in-office schedule offered.
