Job Description

Sycurio seeks a senior technology operations leader to own the reliability and evolution of the live service. You will unify the Run function across Support, Platform, DevOps, and telephony, guiding a hands on leadership approach from day one.

You will manage outsourced partners, establish SLAs, and drive proactive stability, patching, and modernization inside a hybrid, Guildford based environment.
