We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to join our team as the Senior Director of Sales Engineering and Strategy for the EMEA region. This is a pivotal role where you will define the regional strategy, driving market share growth and ensuring the successful execution of EMEA-wide initiatives. You will lead the charge in our key strategic pillars-Asset Visibility, Connected Frontline, and Intelligent Automation-by aligning vertical sales specialists and our partner ecosystem to accelerate regional growth. You will act as a key partner to our business unit's general management, helping shape our annual and long-term plans while embodying our "One Zebra" culture.

Furthermore, you will be accountable for the successful introduction of new products and the commercial success of your team, including their quota attainment and the ability to upsell value-based software solutions. A key part of your mission will be to lead the transformation of our Sales Engineers into industry evangelists, workflow specialists, and trusted advisors to our customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Architect our regional strategy, creating the technical and business roadmap that will guide Zebra's multi-business success across EMEA.

  • Drive future growth by leveraging your deep vertical expertise and influence over our partner ecosystem to create new revenue streams.

  • Pioneer new business models with breakthrough ideas that have a transformational impact on our customers and our company.

  • Own the market and competitive analysis, defining market segmentation to ensure Zebra's long-term success and market-share growth.

  • Lead with a General Manager mindset, developing high-level strategies to improve performance across the business.

  • Tackle our most complex business challenges, creating unique, first-of-their-kind solutions by integrating multiple technologies and anticipating future industry needs.

  • Set the strategic course for a major business segment, providing critical input into corporate direction and advising senior leadership as a recognized subject matter expert.

  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer, building relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders to shape our offerings based on their strategic priorities.

  • Take ownership of a major P&L, holding direct accountability for revenue generation, gross margin, and the successful delivery of our most complex and strategically important deals.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technical sales, business strategy, or a related field.

  • Deep expertise and a successful track record operating across the diverse EMEA market.

  • A proven history of leading high-performing, senior-level teams to success.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and key partners.

  • Recognition as an industry-wide expert capable of creating large-scale technical strategies.

  • A "General Manager" mindset with clear executive-level potential and business acumen.

  • Experience leading business or organizational transformation is highly welcomed.
