We are currently recruiting for a Senior Director, Head of Global Reward to join the HR team. The purpose of this role is to act as a key member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), leading the Company's Reward initiatives, working with the Chief People Officer to provide thought leadership and expertise to help develop and implement a clear, meaningful, and motivating remuneration strategy that supports attracting, retaining, and growing talent globally across the OXB Group. Responsible for informing key decision-making and adopting a global perspective to strengthen the Company's purpose-driven, high-performing culture.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Research, identify, develop, and gain approval for remuneration strategies that address business needs at all levels of the company, and develop implementation plans to be delivered within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Develop a robust governance structure for all reward processes and policies.
  • Provide expert advice to leadership and support annual remuneration processes, ensuring fairness, equity, and alignment with the reward strategy. This includes supporting the CPO with preparation for Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Group's share plans (RSU, SAYE, LTIP), including review and administration of these plans.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and manage the annual award and vesting process for share plans globally.
  • Maintain an understanding of external market trends and innovative compensation and benefits offerings by leading employers.
  • Define job families, market data, and comparators for internal and external benchmarking cycles.
  • Align performance with reward strategies, ensuring individual and company performance are appropriately reflected in reward structures.
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus scheme processes according to established timelines.
  • Develop and present proposals to enhance our benefits offerings with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion and market-led solutions.
  • Collaborate with the VP HR to create a promotion and internal movement framework that provides career pathways and informs remuneration decisions.
  • Ensure all pay and benefit offers are clearly communicated and understood to support talent retention.
  • Develop and manage relationships with reward suppliers, acting as the primary contact for those relationships.
  • Work closely with HR business partners and leaders to ensure reward strategies meet employee and organizational needs.
  • Educate the business on reward processes to increase visibility and understanding of total reward packages.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of a degree-level knowledge or equivalent.
  • Experienced HR professional with significant senior-level experience in strategy development and operational leadership, with strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Extensive reward experience, including compensation, benefits, and share plan management.
  • Deep knowledge of internal controls and best practices for new initiatives.
  • Understanding of global pay regulations and international mobility and assignments.
