We're supporting a retail client looking for a Digital/Reporting-focused Planning Specialist who can elevate the team through strong storytelling, smart reporting, and impactful digital insights.

This role sits at the intersection of planning, digital performance, and data-driven decision-making - ideal for someone who enjoys turning numbers into clear narratives and improving how teams use tools and insights.

What you'll work on

• Building compelling stories and presentations that drive clarity and action.
• Supporting digital assortment and connecting the dots across planning activities.
• Working with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and internal platforms such as Airtable.
• Focusing on key digital KPIs - especially traffic and conversion.
• Bringing light AI-use-case exposure (not deep expertise needed).
• Helping strengthen the team's reporting standards and digital workflows.

What we're looking for

• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in digital, reporting, or a mix of both.
• Experience with Tableau, Snowflake and Excel.
• Retail or project-based background is a big plus.
• Someone who brings structure, clarity, and tool-driven improvements to the team.
• BI exposure is an advantage.
