The roles include: Senior Marketing Executive Senior Digital Marketing Executive Senior Marketing Executive, Events Digital Engagement Executive (x2)As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of digital marketing activity across web, paid media, and marketing automation. You'll work closely with Digital Marketing Specialists to implement website updates, SEO and CRO tasks, assist with campaign execution, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Key Responsibilities: • Support website management, including daily updates, accuracy checks, and contributing to backlog and sprint activity for enhancements. • Assist with SEO, CRO, and content publishing, working with specialists and partners to improve visibility and engagement. • Help build and optimise landing pages, forms, and marketing automation journeys within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). • Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting by supporting analytics activities across Google Analytics, Salesforce, and related tools.Key Skills: • Strong website optimisation skills, improving content quality, site structure and user experience in line with SEO and UX best practice. • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and CRO principles, with experience working in a test-and-learn environment to drive performance. • Proficient in digital analytics tools, including GA4, to track performance, interpret trends and deliver insight-led recommendations. • Experienced in Salesforce Account Engagement (or similar) to build and optimise forms, landing pages and email communications. • Collaborative and proactive, working effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with a continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for new tools and optimisation opportunities.The successful candidate can expect: • Generous Bonus • Healthcare Cash plan Level 1 Funded • DC pension scheme • Life, medical and income Insurance • Access to remote GP, nutrition coaching, personal training, unlimited mental health support and medical 2nd opinion • 27 days holiday with the option to buy and sell holiday up to 5 days (plus Bank Holidays) • Salary sacrifice electric car scheme with on site charging facilities. • Free Shuttle Bus from Dorking Train Station Unum, we've created a workplace where people feel supported to progress and grow, and can see their ambitions coming to life.We've built a supportive, where you can be yourself, whilst also being part of a growing organisation.
