Responsibilities

• You will lead and design digital identity initiatives, driving strategic development in this area
• You will lead consulting projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM solutions
• You will advise both external and internal senior stakeholders on best practices, improvements and strategic direction
• You will design and deliver training programmes, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld within IAM environments
• You will proactively contribute to business development activities, sales support and long-term relationship building

Required Skills

• You speak German at a Native/C2 level, and fluent English
• You have a clear, extensive consulting background
• You are energetic, driven and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• You are a strong communicator who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• You have relevant experience across IAM, PAM, MFA and CIAM topics and tools
• You have knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• You have demonstrable pre-sales and sales support experience
• You have experience developing strategies and working closely with senior stakeholders
