Senior Digital Engineering Manager (BIM) - Energy Expression of Interest

Due to ongoing growth and expansion we are open to speaking with experienced Senior Digital Engineering Managers (with BIM experience) for future opportunities. We have developed a strong reputation within the sector as a leading, progressive and forward-thinking consultancy, focused on delivering high quality outputs to ensure the client achieves their outcomes and business benefits. We need to develop our BIM capabilities across Information Management and 3D Modelling, following ISO19650.

This role will focus on leading the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex Energy and Resources projects including Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution and Renewable, Waste & Generation projects, among others.

The Senior Digital Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and driving innovation in digital project delivery.

The Senior Digital Engineering Manager will oversee multiple projects, mentoring teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders and will focus on managing project-specific digital deliverables and supporting implementation across the project lifecycle.

• Lead the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex projects across Energy and Resources sectors.
• Oversee project execution, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and drive innovation in digital project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and deliver project-specific digital deliverables and support implementation across the project lifecycle.

• Ideally hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (or working towards) e.g. BIM Certifications, buildingSMART, PMP or equivalent.
• Experience developing and managing key documentation such as EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC).
• Experience with coordination platforms like Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Power BI.
• Ideally experience leading CDE setup, model federation, and clash detection workflows.
