Senior DevOps (Azure)

You'll play a key role in the development and operations of a modern, cloud-based digital platform for the insurance sector. This is a hands-on technical role with strong collaboration, automation, and reliability engineering components, as part of a long-term international project.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure (Azure).
• Build internal tooling and automation to streamline DevSecOps practices and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure platform reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new platform clients.
• Perform infrastructure maintenance and daily operations using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Handle incident and problem management as well as security event response.
• Participate in audits, penetration tests (VAPT), and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Document processes and maintain operational runbooks in alignment with enterprise guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams using Scrum and modern tooling (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability, or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Experience with incident and change management in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and enterprise IT compliance.
