Senior Development Lead for Major PBSA & Hotel Projects

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is partnering with a privately owned real estate business to recruit a Senior Development Manager to own PBSA and hotel schemes from early design through procurement, construction and handover.

Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, secure planning consents, and coordinate with funders and authorities to deliver high-quality developments across the UK.
