Senior Design Manager - Water Projects

Conrad Consulting is working with our client, a leading engineering consultancy, to recruit a Senior Design Manager for high-profile Water sector projects based in their London office.

This role involves leading the delivery of multidisciplinary design work across water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage technical delivery, support bids, oversee risk management, and collaborate with both UK and international teams.

Requirements:

• Chartered Engineer (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent)
• Strong background in water/wastewater treatment and network design
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary and Design & Build environments
• Excellent understanding of UK standards and industry practices
• Commercial and programme management experience
