Senior Delivery Manager - London
Salary: £92,701 - £109,060
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid - at least 2 days per week (40%) in the London office.
Job SummaryAs a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of large scale transformation initiatives within Business & Commercial Banking (BCB). You will own complex, cross platform change across business and technology teams, ensuring that plans remain aligned, dependencies are managed, risks identified, and delivery outcomes are achieved safely and at pace.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership across multiple teams and platforms, partnering closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to drive execution.
- Use data and delivery insight to forecast performance, inform decisions, and bring clarity to complexity.
- Identify and manage risks, remove impediments, and resolve delivery challenges to maintain momentum and focus on customer outcomes.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, and Operations, aligning teams around shared priorities and objectives.
- Maintain strong governance, clear accountability, and develop successful delivery that delivers meaningful impact.
- Significant experience leading large scale, complex change and transformation programmes across multiple teams and platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, align competing priorities, and drive delivery in fast paced environments.
- Expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, and delivery governance across complex programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, reporting, and delivery metrics to forecast outcomes and support decision making.
- Influential leader with outstanding stakeholder leadership skills, able to build alignment and clarify difficult messages with senior stakeholders.
- Problem solving capability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity, and ensure timely delivery.
