Senior Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at 345 Technology, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and commercial delivery of technology projects. This hands-on leadership role suits someone who is highly organised, client-focused, and passionate about Agile delivery, especially within Azure or cloud-based environments.

You'll work closely with technical teams, senior stakeholders, and customers to ensure every project meets its scope, timeline, and budget-while delivering exceptional business value.

1. Project Delivery & Management
2. Lead full project lifecycle delivery: on time, within scope and budget.
3. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
4. Own commercial delivery ensuring profitability and KPI alignment.
5. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

2. Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) tailored to client needs.
3. Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and user story definition.

1. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
2. Be the trusted advisor and point of escalation for clients.
3. Deliver regular updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
4. Communicate delivery status with clarity and confidence.
5. Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, and support teams.
6. Lead multi-disciplinary delivery across workstreams.
7. Align technical delivery with business goals.

2. Track project KPIs, resource utilisation, and performance metrics.
3. Proactively remove blockers and delivery challenges.
4. Contribute to internal process improvement and best practices.

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a software consultancy is required. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and experience in Azure or other cloud-based project delivery are essential. Strong background in project planning, tracking, and RAID log management, along with excellent communication skills, are needed. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively is crucial. Experience working with technical teams in fast-paced environments and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms are preferred. Consultancy experience managing both client relationships and commercial outcomes, as well as experience within integration projects or middleware technologies, is highly desirable.
