About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Delivery Lead - Finance ECC Technology to oversee the successful delivery of multiple Finance technology initiatives. This is a hands on leadership position responsible for coordinating delivery across business, technology, data, and partner teams to ensure solutions land effectively across the Finance landscape.

Operating at pace, you will translate Finance priorities into executable plans, navigate complexity, and ensure initiatives achieve meaningful outcomes for senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own end to end delivery of several Finance technology initiatives-from mobilisation through to adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate delivery across multiple teams, including product, platform, data, Finance SMEs, and external partners.
• Convert Finance priorities into structured delivery plans, balancing speed, quality, value, and risk.
• Resolve cross functional challenges, managing dependencies, data issues, resourcing constraints, and ambiguity.
• Lead pragmatic, collaborative problem solving across diverse teams.
• Engage and influence senior Finance and Digital stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.
• Drive disciplined delivery, including milestones, RAID management, and progress tracking.
• Ensure successful change adoption, embedding solutions that are understood and operationally sustainable.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent delivery initiatives.
• Background across Finance technology landscapes (ERP, SAP, reporting, planning, data, controls).
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive pragmatic delivery decisions.
• Experience coordinating cross functional teams and external partners.
• A delivery mindset that balances pace with effective risk management.
• Successful delivery of multiple Finance initiatives to agreed timelines, outcomes, and quality measures.
• A unified delivery view across complex, multi team programmes.
• Proactive resolution of cross-cutting issues and dependencies.
• High confidence from senior stakeholders in progress, communication, and delivery outcomes.
• Tangible improvements in Finance capability, efficiency, controls, or reporting.
