Senior Delivery Lead/Director/Head of/Transformation/Software Development/SDLC/Financial Services/General Insurance/Implementation/Change Leadership/SIAM/Hybrid - West Midlands/Remote/12-month contract, £1,000 - 1,750 Inside IR35.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Director.

Location - Hybrid - West Midlands/Warwickshire/Remote - approx. 1 day per week in the office.

12-month contract

£1,000 - 1,750 per day Inside IR35

Experience:

• Senior Management/Director/Head of/level experience - Delivery Director/Development Delivery Director/Software Delivery Director/Delivery Lead level
• Experienced delivering large scale and complex software programmes/system integrations/migrations within financial services
• Experience of managing multiple high level and value work streams
• Software Development/SDLC Onboarding/offboarding of technology Team management/people management/leadership
• Budgeting and Cost Management Risk and Controls
• Financial Services sector experience (General Insurance/GI or Life & Pensions or Banking)
• Leading Software development teams ensuring delivery of outcomes to time, cost and quality
• Leading and coaching development teams in their transition to a full Service ownership model
• Managing key stakeholders within the organisation ensuring alignment to planned outcomes
• Manage multiple migrations to Cloud from On-Prem
• Budgeting and cost management of teams
• Creating and maintaining a robust risk and controls regime
