Senior Delegate Sales Executive

Our client is an award winning events business looking to expand its sales team. They are seeking a delegate sales person to join their London office.

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 base plus uncapped commission (potentially £65,000 in Year 1). Flexible working.

Responsibilities

• Drive, prospect and close delegate sales for a portfolio of events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and commission benchmarks.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and event teams to ensure seamless hand off and event execution.

Qualifications

• 12-24 months of delegate sales experience, or 2+ years in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Degree qualified (preferred).
• Positive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to earn commission.
• Proactive, self motivated with a proven ability to close deals.
