Senior DC Pensions Administrator - Hybrid Mentor & Coach

Willis Towers Watson in Redhill is seeking a Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team. This hybrid role focuses on mentoring and checking the work of Junior Pensions Administrators while handling member and client queries on DC pension schemes.

In this post you will work with the Team Leader to meet service levels, check non-standard cases, train and support colleagues, and contribute to continuous service improvements while ensuring deadlines are met.
