Senior Data Warehouse Developer

At Leeds Community Healthcare, we're seeking a skilled Senior Data Warehouse Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain our data warehouse infrastructure. Using your expertise in SQL Server and SSIS, you'll design, build, and optimise ETL processes, from data ingestion through to transformation, ensuring high-quality, reliable data is available for the Business Intelligence Team and other stakeholders.

Overview

You will work closely with colleagues across the BI team to ensure the data warehouse continues to evolve in line with organisational needs and is managed in a secure, efficient, and scalable manner. This role offers flexible and remote working options, with occasional face to face meetings (weekly or fortnightly).

Job responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise ETL processes using SQL Server and SSIS.
• Develop and manage SSIS packages, maintain database access and permissions.
• Design reporting tables and external datasets to support the Trust's reporting and analytical needs.
• Design and implement complex data models using advanced SQL techniques.
• Ensure smooth operation, scalability, and ongoing development of the data warehouse to meet evolving organisational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong technical skills in SQL Server data warehousing and ETL development.
• Experience designing and maintaining data warehouses.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
