Senior Data Scientist - MarTech & User Attribution

Startup Inno is seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Data Scientist - MarTech & User Attribution to join our fast-growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data models that measure, analyze, and optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital marketing channels. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing intelligence strategy by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that directly impact business growth and customer experience.
This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decision-making and has deep experience in attribution modeling, customer analytics, and marketing technology platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced attribution models (multi-touch, last-click, first-touch, algorithmic models).
Analyze user behavior across digital channels including web, mobile, social, email, paid media, and CRM platforms.
Build predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive-level insights.
Perform A/B testing and experimentation to validate marketing strategies.
Integrate data from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, CDPs, and ad platforms.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale databases.
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Knowledge of attribution frameworks and customer journey analytics.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
At least 2+ years of experience specifically in MarTech, marketing analytics, or growth analytics.
Proven track record of building attribution models and driving business outcomes.
Experience working in fast-paced startup or product-driven environments is highly preferred.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
