Senior Data Scientist | Ecommerce & Digital Analytics

We're partnering with a leading digital-driven organization to hire a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact Digital Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, product, and customer experience, shaping how data drives smarter decisions and better digital journeys.

The Opportunity:
In this role, you'll go beyond traditional analytics - leveraging advanced data science, experimentation, and machine learning to influence product development and customer behavior at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build data-driven features, enhance personalization, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex E-commerce and customer experience challenges
• Own end-to-end data science use cases, from problem definition through to deployment and optimisation
• Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover actionable insights
• Design and analyse A/B tests and experiments to support continuous product improvement
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions in production

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in a product environment
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing (eg Spark/PySpark)
• Solid understanding of machine learning, statistical modelling, and experimentation
• Experience working on customer-focused use cases such as personalization, conversion optimisation, or engagement
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and impact
