Senior Data Engineer

The Opportunity

You'll join a collaborative team of data engineers (junior through to senior) and work closely with leadership to:

• Drive a major cloud migration to AWS, including modern lakehouse architecture
• Build and optimise scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, and wider business teams to unlock data value
• Take ownership of complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Mentor and coach engineers, supporting growth and knowledge sharing across the team

What They're Looking For

• Strong hands-on data engineering experience within a complex environment
• Advanced PySpark expertise (essential)
• Solid experience working with AWS data services (e.g. S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda)
• Proven track record working on large-scale data platform or migration projects
• Experience building robust, production-grade pipelines with testing / CI/CD exposure
• Someone who challenges the status quo, with a data-first, problem-solving mindset
