Senior Data Engineer/Data Analyst

Location: Malmö or Älmhult, Sweden

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Onsite: 3 days per week/2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines using Azure Databricks, ADF, and Event Hub
• Work with PySpark, Python, and SQL to handle large-scale data processing
• Support data validation, cleansing, and KPI tracking across multiple data sources
• Implement ETL/ELT models within medallion architecture frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and improve data quality
• Contribute to DevOps CI/CD practices for data workflows
• Work with CDC, Delta Live Tables, and test frameworks (advantageous)

Your Profile

• 11+ years' experience as a Data Engineer/Data Analyst
• Expert in Azure Databricks and related Azure data services
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DBT, and data modelling methodologies
• Real-world experience in data pipeline builds and large-scale data environments
• Curious about new developments in Databricks
• Certification is a plus (but not mandatory)
• May be required to complete an online technical test
