Senior Azure Data Engineer (Permanent) The Hague/Amsterdam/Utrecht Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a highly technical, forward-thinking organisation known for delivering complex engineering solutions and high-quality production.

Location: The Hague/Amsterdam/Utrecht (Hybrid - 2 days remote)

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours

Non Negotiable: Fluency in both Dutch and English.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising a critical data infrastructure. You'll support the business in making data-driven decisions and improving both production and maintenance processes. You'll be joining a newly-formed, ambitious team within a company that places high value on craftsmanship, collaboration, and innovation.

What You'll Bring

• A completed university degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, particularly in on-premise SSIS/SSAS environments.
• Strong skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL optimisation.
• Expert knowledge of the Azure stack, Microsoft SQL Server stack and Power BI Report Server.
• Experience working within larger organisations with robust data governance and management practices.
