Data Engineer / Developer - Renewable Energy Trading

Madrid Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Join a high-growth renewable energy trading company at the forefront of the energy transition. Based in Madrid, this is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in-office), owning and evolving our Dataiku platform to power smarter, faster decisions across the business.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the Dataiku platform: develop connectors, APIs, plugins, and automate pipelines
• Guide and empower stakeholders to deliver high-impact data projects
• Maintain a custom-built management app complementing Dataiku
• Ensure platform reliability: manage cloud infra, automate ops, and ensure performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience as a Developer, Data Engineer or similar using Python
• Ownership mindset: drive solutions independently, proactively and with clarity
• Customer-focused and highly collaborative across teams
• Strong communicator (English required, Spanish highly recommended)
• Solid experience with Python, Git, Linux, cloud development
• Bonus: Web apps, Kubernetes, LLMs, Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku

Preferred background:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar
• Experience in international or multicultural environments
