Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of modern data systems as well as AI enabled applications
  • Solve end to end data problems/opportunities at scale
  • Contributing to solution architecture & design of complex systems
  • Working with our customers to take them on a journey to success bringing their data strategy to life
  • Engage with your cross-functional squad during the implementation of end-to-end solutions
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as blogs, technical forums, and technology practices
  • Drive your own development using the tools and support from Indicium AI to learn new skills
Requirements (These are not )
  • Experience building end-to-end data-centric systems using modern data engineering techniques (e.g. distributed systems, data streaming, event-based architectures etc)
  • Software development experience with one or more languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
  • Solid software engineering and DevOps skills as well as the complete SDLC applied to data, e.g. design patterns, automation, testing, contract definition, clean code, CI/CD, path to production
  • Worked with one or more cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with modern data technologies and tools (e.g. Kafka, Flink, DBT etc.), data storage (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) and also IaC (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Pragmatic approach to solving problems
Nice to haves
  • Keen interest in modern AI/ML techniques
  • Experience in a consultancy or client-facing role
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.)
