London (Hybrid, 4 days per week in the office) £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus

This is an opportunity to join a growing data and technology consultancy delivering large-scale transformation projects across analytics, data engineering, cloud platforms, and software development. You'll work on high-impact projects, remain hands-on technically, and play a key role in shaping data solutions for enterprise clients.

The Role

• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Design data models and cloud-based data platforms
• Lead technical delivery across client projects
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Review code and promote engineering best practice
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects
• Contribute to architecture and tooling decisions
• Tech stack includes SQL, Python, dbt, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, Looker, APIs, Git, and React.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or BI
• Excellent SQL and dbt skills
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines
• Strong data modelling and cloud platform knowledge
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, or Azure
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with senior business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or leading others
• STEM degree from a Russell Group university
