Senior CX Strategist & Experience Transformation

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior CX Consultant to join the Customer Experience team in London. You will work alongside leads in UX and UI design, optimisation and consulting to deliver customer experience improvements across digital and physical touchpoints.

Reporting to Head of UX & CX Consultancy, you will lead CX engagements, facilitate workshops, shape CX propositions and work with C-Suite stakeholders to align strategy, roadmap and value for brands and retailers.
