Job Description

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer journey from onboarding to renewal. You'll work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation and optimal product usage, while identifying opportunities for growth and improved satisfaction. As the voice of the customer within the company, you'll gather feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and act as a key advisor on product functionality. This position plays a critical role in driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer success.

Accountabilities:

Lead onboarding and implementation processes, including network and license setup

Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand and adopt product features

Use Gainsight to maintain a 360-degree view of customer activity and health

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales

Identify and address barriers to adoption, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Manage customer feedback loops and advocate for feature enhancements

Support renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer advocacy

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technical environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to explain complex product features to both technical and non-technical users

Experience with Salesforce CRM and Gainsight is a strong plus

Familiarity with the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) field is preferred

Relevant certifications (CFCE, GCIHA, MCFE, etc.) are an advantage

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Understanding of network architecture (e.g., CCNA or similar certification)

Flexibility to travel and work extra hours as needed
