The Role

• Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, focusing on European accounts, you will be passionate about customer success and building strong relationships.
• You will educate clients on innovative video creation methods and collaborate with sales for onboarding new users.
• Engage in business and technical discussions at all organizational levels, including C-suite.

About You

• Experience in Customer Success, Client Service, or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage accounts, KPIs, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships, onboard clients effectively, and manage client health with senior stakeholders.
• Basic video editing skills using Synthesia platform.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
