Job Description
Grey Matter Recruitment is partnering with an expanding mobile advertising technology business to hire a Senior Customer Success Lead. You will own a portfolio of enterprise mobile advertising clients across the UK and EMEA, helping clients maximise campaign performance and deepen partnerships.
You will drive retention, renewals and account growth, build trusted relationships with advertisers and agency partners, and deliver strategic performance reviews.
