Job Description
Rail Gourmet at King's Cross Station, London, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Assistant on a maternity cover fixed-term contract until 16 August 2027. The role offers a pay rate of £14.80 per hour, full-time hours (40 per week) with varied shifts from 5:00 AM to 8:30 PM including weekends.
You will oversee loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains, manage order assembly, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
