• Location:Santry, Dublin 17 (Highly accessible via M1/M50 and major bus routes)
• Work Model:Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Core Responsibilities

• High-Volume Email Triage:Efficiently manage, prioritise, and clear a shared inbox receiving up to 600 emails daily, ensuring zero dropped bookings or missed requests.
• Premium Client Relations:Handle incoming requests from corporate executives and VIPs with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Real-Time Logistics Coordination:Working closely with our dedicated Dispatch Team in the day-to-day operations.
• End-to-End Booking Accuracy:Input and manage intricate travel itineraries with 100% accuracy under tight time constraints.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Proven Stamina in High-Volume Roles:Extensive experience managing hundreds of daily emails within logistics, emergency dispatch, 5-star hospitality coordination, premium airlines, or corporate travel.
• Events Experience (Strong Asset):Previous experience coordinating logistics, guest transport, or client relations for large-scale corporate functions, entertainment events, or high-profile gatherings is highly valued.
• Exceptional Communication Skills:An impeccable, professional corporate tone suited for luxury brand representation.
• Stress Resilience:A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving when operating in a dynamic or urgent workspace.
• Tech-Savvy Operations:Sharp multi-screen handling skills and rapid typing speeds; experience scheduling software is a major asset we have our own bespoke software booking system.
• Commutable Distance:Must be based within a reliable commuting radius of Santry for the 3 required onsite days.
