Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager (AI, Remote Europe)

I am recruiting a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager for the Growth team of a fast-growing consumer AI company, reporting directly to the Co-founder & CMO. You turn CRM into a revenue channel: first-purchase conversion, repeat purchases, retention, reactivation and LTV on a high-volume B2C product with token-based monetisation. Hands-on: segments, triggers, automated lifecycle journeys, CRM experiments, attribution and incrementality.

About the company and the contract:

• Fast-growing international consumer AI company. The product is an AI companion app with uncensored, adult-oriented content: full comfort with this is required.
• Fully remote from Europe or Asia, B2B contract preferred, performance bonus on top.
