Who are we?

PITAS is a casual footwear brand, specializing in creating colourful and comfortable shoes that bring happiness to your feet. Founded in 2015 by a family with over 100 years of experience in creating clothing and footwear, our shoes are designed to be the most comfortable, original, and functional for active everyday wear.

We are currently undergoing a stage of expansion and creative growth, and we're looking for talent to join us in this new chapter.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Designer with experience in the fashion or footwear industry to join our creative team. The main responsibility will be to lead the corporate graphic design and develop materials related to the product.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of branded graphic materials: campaign visuals, product catalogues, POS catalogue, packaging, social media design, presentations, etc.
• Product design support (colour palettes, finishes, labels, etc.)
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the new brand book.
• Active participation in the creation of the brand's visual universe.
• Ongoing communication with marketing and product teams.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in graphic design, fashion design, or product design.
• English level B2.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AI tools.
• Strong sense of trends, aesthetic vision, and brand sensitivity.
• Valuable: experience in product design and technical materials.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Autonomy, responsibility and flexibility.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a brand with soul.
