We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Engineers, whose main function will be:


  • Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.
  • Lead the Construction Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.
  • Manage the monthly reporting of the project execution budget.
  • Assess risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.
  • Perform regular cost control dashboards.
  • Perform other job related tasks as assigned.


Skills/Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in analysis, estimation and cost control functions and profiles with at least 2 years of experience trained in finance or cost control areas.
  • Experience in Subcontract Department. Areas: Civil, Electromechanical and Structural.
  • Experience in construction cost control. Valuable integral control of all phases of the EPC project (equipment, piping, electricity, instrumentation, chemicals and lubricants, transportation, on-site engineering and supervision, construction subcontracts, etc.).
  • Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (similar).
  • Project and corporate reporting.
  • Previous experience in project/production control, quantity or cost control.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • High level of English, minimum B2
  • Availability to work abroad.
  • Skills: analytical, decisive, proactive, communication skills and teamwork.
