Senior Corporate Solicitor - Wetherby/Hybrid - £100k+

The Opportunity

We are working with a forward-thinking and growing legal business looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor into their team.

This is not a traditional, heavily structured environment. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to a broad range of corporate work and the opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to clients on both legal and commercial matters.

You will play a key role in delivering practical, solution-focused advice while managing your own workload and contributing to the wider growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures and shareholder arrangements
• Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying risks and offering pragmatic, business-aligned solutions
• Working collaboratively across teams and contributing beyond your core specialism
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where required
• Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical grounding with the ability to handle complex matters independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment
• Highly proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where appropriate
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
