Napthens LLP in East Lancashire (Blackburn) seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer (5-year PQE+) to join our Lancashire team and contribute to high quality M&A, restructuring and PE work.

You'll gain exposure to a strong pipeline of mid market and SME transactions, owner managed businesses, SME and larger corporates, and PE backed clients, with meaningful involvement across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive environment supervised by some of the region's leading dealmakers.
